Book a 'Classic' Ceremony Planning Meeting

    Would you like to book a 'classic' ceremony planning meeting with one of our experienced ceremony co-ordinators? They will be able to assist you in completing your choices forms, answer all your questions and advise you on how things will go on the day, what time to arrive, which entrance to use, where to park etc., and take your ceremony payment.

    They can tell you about all the ceremony extras we have available to make your day easy to plan, extra special and show you samples of the products we offer. Meetings cost £25 and should take place at least three months before your ceremony.

    To book your meeting with a ceremony coordinator, complete this form requesting your preferred date and time (Monday to Thursday only, Fridays and Saturdays we are very busy with marriages!) and make the £25 payment online. Our ceremony team will then email you to confirm the date and time requested is available and if not, agree a suitable alternative with you.

    You will need to provide the following information so that we can deal with your request:

    1. Full names of both parties.
    2. Date of ceremony.
    3. Venue of ceremony.
    4. A contact telephone number.
    5. An email address.
    6. Requested date and time for the meeting.

    This service requires an online payment; you will be taken to the secure payment facility upon submission of this form.
