    If you wish to change how you pay your Council Tax, please fill in this form. A new bill (or direct debit instruction) will be sent to you as soon as possible.

    1.  Your preferred method of payment: Direct Debit, Cash or Credit/Debit card.
    2.  If you choose Direct Debit do you wish us to:
      • Call you and sign you up over the phone
      • Send you a Direct Debit Instruction through the post
      • Alternatively, you can complete the Council Tax Direct Debit online form available on our web site
    3. ​​ Your council tax account reference number (if you know it).
    4.  A contact telephone number.
