Registrars - Certificates
Thank you for accessing the Dudley MBC Registration Service website to apply for birth, death, marriage or civil partnership certificates. Register office records date back to 1837.
We can supply these certificates relating to persons who were born, married, registered a civil partnership or died within the current Dudley Metropolitan Borough boundaries.
All certificates supplied are certified copies of the original register entries.
Note that short copies of birth certificates are not suitable in all application processes, such as passports, and it may be more appropriate to order a standard copy.
There are 2 levels of service available:
- Priority Same-day service
- Standard 5 day service
This service requires an online payment; you will be taken to the secure payment facility upon submission of this form.
- You need a valid debit or credit card
- An appropriate payment is required
- Your application will not be processed until payment has been received
