Housing Application Cancellation

It is the policy of Housing Services to regularly update its housing records. Only complete this form if you no longer require rehousing and wish to cancel your housing application. Please note that all housing bands awarded to date will be cancelled and if you require rehousing in the future you must complete another housing application form.

Upon submission, the form is sent to the Housing Options team for action.

Alternatively, you can contact Dudley Council Plus on 0300 555 2345 to advise or call in person at Dudley Council Plus, Castle Street to cancel your housing application.

You will need to provide the following information so that we can deal with your request:

1. Your date of birth.
2. Your housing application number.
3. Your reason for cancelling your application.
