Housing Application Amendment

    This form should not be used for change of address.

    If your address has changed since you last applied, you will need to complete and submit a new housing application.

    It is your responsibility to make sure your application is completed properly and to inform the Council of any changes in your circumstances as per our service terms and conditions.

    The information that you submit will be forwarded to the Housing Options team for consideration.

    If any evidence is required to support your request you will be contacted by the Housing Options team to advise you of required supporting information either by telephone and/or in writing. Your request will not be actioned until this information has been provided. If your amendment impacts your application/eligibility then your application could be deferred until the request has been approved.
