If you wish to report a dangerous street maintenance problem that requires immediate attention, please do not complete the form but call us during office hours on 0300 555 2345 so that we can deal with this quickly.
Please be aware that office hours are 8:30-16:45 Monday to Thursday and 08:30-16:15 on Fridays (closed on bank holidays).
Contact will not be monitored outside of these times.
If the dangerous issue is out of hours and requires immediate attention, then please call the Council’s emergency number on 0300 555 8283.
